Main Structure of Cooling Machine:
This machine is made up by two parts: shape making parts and air cooling parts. The parts of shaping making consist of the rack, the lifting lever chains and the slag pans.The dough holder device on the rack of the machine is made up by horizontal stainless steel pole and guide plate. Air cooling section consists of rack, transmission parts and centrifugal fan components.

Use of Heat Exchanger:
