Preparations Before Production Line Installation:
According to the requirements of the equipment layout process drawing, the workshop floor shall be filled with cement concrete, and the sewer pipes and electric wire pipes shall be pre-buried at the same time. The ground should be flat, and there should be no obvious unevenness. Generally, it should be a terrazzo floor. Draw an ink line parallel to the wall from the beginning to the end of the equipment center line at the position where the equipment is to be installed, as the installation reference. In order to facilitate maintenance, the outline of the equipment should be no less than 1m away from the wall.
