Brine Mixer:
The brine mixer is used to prepare a mixture of salts, bases, additives and water required for the dough.
Main structure: The brine mixer consists of a mixing tank, a blender, a heating tube, an infusion tube and an infusion pump. The mixing tank, mixing shaft, heating tube, infusion tube and infusion pump are all made of stainless steel. The transmission parts are made of ordinary steel or cast iron. The reducer is connected to the main shaft via a coupling, and the mixing wheel is fixed to the main shaft. The reducer drives to rotate the mixing wheel to stir the mixture. A steam pipe is installed in the tank body, and when the water temperature is low, the liquid can be heated to accelerate the solid dissolution rate. The uniformly mixed liquid is pumped into the buffer tank and then input into the dough mixer by the buffer tank.
