The Main Structure of Single-layer Noodle Steamer:
The machine consists of a rack, cabinet, door, conveyor, steam pipes and exhaust tube components. The door and the cabinet are made up by the high quality of the insulation material which is made by the thick layer of stainless steel plate. They are also sealed by non-toxic rubber. Good insulation and sealing can save energy.

Working Principle of Single-layer Noodle Steamer:
Dough belt is sent into the steamer from the outer network of the steamer. In the first heating zone, the temperature of dough belt increases preliminarily. Then the dough belt runs into the second heating zone to hold temperature pasting. When in the third heating zone, it is gelatinized to be set. Then it runs into the cutting and dividing machine, from which the power of steamer comes.
